The huge earthquake that hit the island nation of Haiti on Tuesday is estimated to have a death toll of 50,000 currently, and quite possibly up to double that amount. Some estimates say that 3 million people are affected by the catastrophe, the strongest earthquake in the last 200 years for Haiti. Witnesses say that many buildings have collapsed due to poor design, and the people desperately need food, water, shelter, and medical attention. World humanitarian organizations have stepped up to the call for relief in this disaster-stricken nation, and we'd like to let you know about some simple ways that you can help out the people of Haiti. Donate directly to the American Red Cross from your mobile phone: text "Haiti" to 90999 on your cell phone to send a $10 donation to support Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti. All money raised goes to support Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti.

2010 is marked by courage, inspiration, and the capacity to inspire and be inspired... well not so fast... Some grand work is needed to be done; life altering work; cleaning and clearing the misalignments in your life; misalignments with your truth! And that work will be done through August of 010, it will get easier by the month... so just enjoy the process. You will have many tools for your journey, such as - inspiration, trust, strong principles and the power of your word to do as you say and say as you do... with neutrality and supportive structure. Your words will have the power to define and create the rest of your experience… make sure you are focusing on the good in your experience, every experience is a gift, a teacher! Make sure to nurture your initiative spirit, look for ideas and solutions out side your past based limitations. Come from the heart! Bring it back into the present moment and use your intuition!

How can I delete my content?

That would be easy! Go to the content you wish to erase, click on the Edit tab at the top. When the form opens, scroll all the way down, you will see the Delete button, click on it and confirm your deletion. Note, this action cannot be undone. If you do not see the Edit tab at the top of your content, that means that you are not logged in to the site. If you are logged in and you still cannot edit your content, email us asap.

Once you click the Edit tab on your account page, you will see a tab called Profile. Click it and make the necessary changes.

How do I configure my outgoing mail (Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo) to use my Altglobe email (myname@altlglobe.com)?

Using Your Gmail Account:  Go to your Gmail Settings> Accounts; click on "Add another email address"; enter your altglobe email. Send a confirmation to your Gmail, as directed by Google. Once you confirmed the new address, you are ready to send emails from your altglobe.com address using Gmail.    Using your Yahoo Mail Plus Account: Step1: On Mail Classic mode, choose Options> Mail Options. Click on Mail Addresses, click on Add. Select an account name. Step2: Enter your name and your email address yourname@altglobe.com; click on continue

Can I have an AltGlobe email?

You can have an Altglobe email, definitely. This email will be composed from your user name and @altglobe.com. Send us an email request and we will get back to you shortly. If you wish to automatically forward your emails, which will be sent to your username@altglobe.com, to other email accounts (like gmail, yahoo, etc), note that in your email and add the address you wish to use for that.  See also, How do I configure my outgoing mail to use my Altglobe email address?
